Cozy spot all around. the building is charming and the rooms are neat, even though you have to share the bathroom. 🏨.

I was given neat room with balcony, a stunning view, a shared bathroom-asked for a double.

There were very clean beds and WiFi and a balcony inside the room. The location was particularly good, not too far away from Casco Viejo. The hotel was in a crowded area, not far from the Santiago cathedral, the old town and public transport.

The room was tidy and spacious, featuring a balcony, good water pressure, and a shared bathroom; I requested a double room, and the staff was excellent. the location is convenient, just a few steps from all the key spots around.

The location here is incredible and amazing, especially for me, and there's a great place called gure toki just a 10-minute walk away for shots. You can also get breakfast here at reasonable prices.

We got great value for our money at Roquefer! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location in the lovely old town was perfect, and we enjoyed being able to walk to bars and restaurants at night. The staff were sweet, welcoming, and professional, despite the language barrier. It felt like being at our grandpa's house!

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Spacious rooms with balconies: Our room at this charming hotel was like a breath of fresh air, with plenty of space to stretch out and a balcony overlooking the bustling city streets. It felt like our own little oasis in the heart of Bilbao.

The friendly staff quickly redirected us to the nearby Bilbao Jardines Hotel, which ended up being a great alternative.

The location is fantastic, right in the center, and the staff, including the owner, are all very friendly and welcoming.
